Short Biography
Jonathan is a molecular and developmental neurobiologist working to develop gene therapies for neurological disorders. Using a variety of methods, his work aims to create new approaches to correct disease-causing mutations, replace faulty genes, and regulate gene expression in vivo. Additionally, he is interested in finding new ways to harness endogenous DNA repair mechanisms for safe and effective gene therapies and is developing platforms for preclinical testing of genome editing technologies.
